What will you study?
 
The bachelor’s degree in business administration with a specialization in real estate and finance offers students an integrated academic framework for understanding how markets and capital assets interact. During their studies, students receive an extensive education in investments and real estate both in Israel and in the global arena, which combines hands-on experience.
 
In addition, the program includes a Hebrew Ulpan which prepares students for careers in Israeli and international companies. The program offers an opportunity to study alongside Hebrew-speaking students from the first year, with academic guidance and support from the International School.

The program is designed for students aspiring to pursue careers in real estate development and analysis, investment, entrepreneurship, and banking both in Israel and worldwide. A distinctive element of the program is the comparative perspective between Israel and the United States. What is the duration of studies?
 
This bachelor’s degree in business spans 3 years. The third year is offered in a hybrid format five days a week. The program includes Hebrew Ulpan.

What are the admission requirements?
 
Admission requirements include:
 
- A high-school diploma with a GPA of 80 and above.
- Math proficiency.
- Or - an SAT score of 1140 and above.
- Admission interview with the Head of the Program.
 
What scholarships are available?
 
Internal scholarships are available for students. These include scholarships for lone soldiers; needs-based scholarships based on challenging socio-economic backgrounds; and merit-based scholarships for outstanding students. Moreover, students may apply for external scholarships offered by various organizations (such as IMPACT, Perach, and Mifal HaPais), or scholarships for Olim by the Ministry of Aliyah and Integration.
