Fully funded schlarship for a PhD in mathematics

Hlo, i have completed my master's in mathematics recently with aggregate of 70%, i want do phd mathematics in this prestigious university, can I get fully funded scholarship for my phd and also will you help me to complete my application process as soon as possible .i don't have GRE or any language test, but my mode of education was in English. with regards musadiq Shaheen Gojree, Jammu and Kashmir India.
