Galilee International Management Institute : offers a Hi-Tech Agriculture in Greenhouses program.

Kibbutz Lotan offers an Organic Gardening Online Course.

The International School of Agricultural Sciences (Hebrew University) also offers different agriculture programs.

I highly recommend directly contact each institute since all have different application terms and different schedules.
